1. Quality Management System (QMS) & Compliance (ระบบบริหารคุณภาพและการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐาน)1.1 System Owner- ทำหน้าที่เป็นเจ้าภาพหลักในการจัดทำ ทบทวน และรักษามาตรฐานระบบบริหารคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยอาหารให้เป็นปัจจุบัน- ครอบคลุมมาตรฐาน FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, GHPs และ HACCP1.2 Audit Management- วางแผนและเป็นผู้นำทีมรับการตรวจประเมินจากภายนอก (External Audit) ทั้งจากลูกค้า (Customer Audit) และหน่วยงานรับรอง (Certification Body)- เป็นผู้นำทีมในการดำเนินการ Internal Audit ประจำปีรวมถึงติดตามผลการแก้ไข (Corrective Actions)1.3 Document Control- ควบคุมและกำกับดูแลระบบเอกสารคุณภาพ เช่น SOPs, Work Instructions และ Records- ดูแลให้เอกสารถูกต้อง เป็นปัจจุบันและกระจายไปยังหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างเหมาะสม2. Customer Satisfaction & Complaint Handling (ความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าและการจัดการข้อร้องเรียน)2.1 Complaint Management- เป็นจุดรับเรื่องร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิตและฝ่ายควบคุมคุณภาพ (QC)- เพื่อสอบสวนและวิเคราะห์ปัญหา2.2 Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & CAPA- นำทีมวิเคราะห์สาเหตุเชิงลึก (Root Cause Analysis)- กำหนดและติดตามมาตรการแก้ไขและป้องกันการเกิดซ้ำ (Corrective & Preventive Action – CAPA)- รายงานผลการดำเนินงานกลับไปยังลูกค้าอย่างเป็นมืออาชีพ2.3 Customer Requirement Management- ทบทวนและถอดความต้องการหรือข้อกำหนดใหม่ของลูกค้า (Specification Review) แปลงเป็นมาตรฐานการทำงานและข้อกำหนดภายในโรงงาน3. Process Improvement & Risk Management(การปรับปรุงกระบวนการและการบริหารความเสี่ยง)3.1 Risk Assessment- ประเมินความเสี่ยงด้านคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยอาหาร (Food Safety Risk Assessment) ในทุกขั้นตอนของกระบวนการผลิต3.2 Standard Setting- กำหนดเกณฑ์มาตรฐานการตรวจสอบคุณภาพ (Inspection Standards)- จัดทำแผนการสุ่มตัวอย่าง (Sampling Plans) เพื่อให้ฝ่าย QC นำไปใช้ปฏิบัติงานหน้างาน3.3 Continuous Improvement- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสถิติจากรายงาน QC (Trend Analysis)- เสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต เพื่อลดของเสีย ป้องกันปัญหาคุณภาพ และยกระดับประสิทธิภาพในระยะยาว4. Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) (การประกันคุณภาพผู้ขายวัตถุดิบ)4.1 Supplier Audit- วางแผนและดำเนินการตรวจประเมินศักยภาพผู้ขายวัตถุดิบ (Supplier Audit)- คัดเลือกและรักษาผู้ขายที่มีคุณภาพและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานบริษัท4.2 Incoming Quality Standard- กำหนดมาตรฐานการรับเข้าวัตถุดิบ (Raw Material Specifications / Incoming Inspection Criteria)- ให้ฝ่าย QC ใช้เป็นแนวทางในการตรวจรับวัตถุดิบ
