- Responsible for overall safety, health, and environmental management at the factory or worksite.- Establish, implement, and maintain safety standards and regulations in accordance with local laws and company policies.- Conduct regular safety patrols and inspections to identify potential hazards and propose corrective actions.- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases, and develop preventive measures.- Prepare, review, and update safety manuals and work procedures.- Plan and conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.- Provide safety orientation for new employees and subcontractor staff.- Manage emergency response plans, including fire drills and evacuation training.- Control and ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).- Prepare monthly and annual safety reports for management and authorities.
