Job SummaryThe Head Technician is responsible for leading the technical team, diagnosing complex vehicle issues, ensuring high-quality repairs, and maintaining technical excellence standards for premium vehicles.Key Responsibilities1. Technical Leadership- Diagnose advanced mechanical and electrical issues.- Provide technical guidance to technicians.- Approve final quality inspection before vehicle release.- Handle complex engine, transmission, and ECU diagnostics.2.
