【Job details】Enable customer success and operational support for local and international customers in Thailand and, eventually, the ASEAN region.- Lead onboarding and project management: Drive end-to-end cloud implementation, software deployment, and onboarding projects for our corporate clients.- Business process analysis: Deeply understand client workflows, particularly in finance, accounting, procurement, and back-office operations, to align with their business needs.- System configuration and integration: Configure system settings to meet client requirements and guide them smoothly through the implementation lifecycle.- User enablement: Conduct engaging training sessions, interactive workshops, and high-impact product demonstrations for client stakeholders and end-users.- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with local sales, product, and operations teams to ensure user-friendly platform adoption and long-term customer retention.- Continuous product improvement: Proactively monitor product usage, gather direct user feedback, and translate customer insights into actionable product requests for our internal product teams.
