- Design, implement and monitor internal control frameworks aligned with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Conduct risk assessments to identify potential exposures and develop practical mitigation strategies. - Collaborate with process owners to document, improve, and standardize control procedures across departments.- Plan and execute internal audit engagements, evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of operational, financial, and compliance controls. - Identify control weaknesses, recommend corrective actions, and follow up to ensure timely resolution. - Promote organization-wide awareness and understanding of internal control, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability. - Lead and manage the Internal Control team, including coaching, performance evaluation, and capacity building. - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on control issues, audit results, and risk mitigation progress. - Support fraud prevention initiatives and contribute to business continuity planning as part of the control framework. - Coordinate with HQ and cross-functional teams on audit-related and special projects. - Other assignments instructed by Department supervisors.

- Responsible for establishing and updating policies and procedures regarding compliance matters.- Provide/ advice to all relevant departments to perform their duties in accordance with regulations both external and internal such as AML/CFT and others.- Coordinate transactions with government entities, monitor external regulations from regulators regarding compliance issues and update new announcements from AMLO, Law outsourcing parties and other authorities.- Deliver compliance -related training to raise awareness design and launch e-learning modules and develop training programs to communicate with related departments.- Collaborate closely with the regional office and head office to support and provide compliance services to regional projects as assigned such as Anti-social element records, including ad hoc assignments.- Control company regulations and manage the removal of employee privileges upon resignation.- Oversee and conduct risk assessment/investigation concerning compliance functions, including Anti-Competitive Law (Anti-trust), Anti-bribery, Whistle-blowing system, ethics code , and other related compliance.- Ensure the company complies with PDPA/ROPA- Other assignments from Superior and from HQ upon request.

- Manage customer relationships within the assigned business area. (Manufacturing and others)- Maintain strong client engagement and gather insights on investment and financial policies.- Visit prospective clients to promote the BOI services and enhance the company’s reputation.- Responsible for the submission, operation and maintenance of Thai BOI projects to comply with BOI policies, including but not limited to requesting benefits, submitting relevant reports, tracking approval progress, etc.- Follow updates on BOI policies and related laws and analyze the impact on the company's business.- Consolidate internal document for BOI Formula Submission, BOI Stock, reconsolidation and submission to BOI- Prepare the BOI document to the customers and work with the goverment.- Develop partnerships in sectors such as construction machinery and equipment.- Other assignments instructed by Department supervisors.
