  Job Purpose:
  
  To plan, supervise, and control all Processing & Packing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and customer demands are achieved efficiently and effectively.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  
  • Develop monthly and daily production plans and schedules for the Processing & Packing Department to meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor and control production activities to ensure they are carried out according to the established production plan, taking corrective actions when issues arise and reporting them to the supervisor.
  • Develop, review, and continuously improve work procedures and operating instructions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor and control the department's productivity to achieve the established targets.
  • Compile and analyze production data and prepare monthly production reports within the required deadlines.
  • Collect and record daily production information, including production issues and obstacles, and report them to the supervisor.
  • Conduct regular meetings and discussions with supervisors and employees to communicate objectives, performance, and operational issues.
  • Promote and encourage employees to actively and consistently participate in company activities and programs.
  • Ensure a Zero Accident workplace by monitoring safety performance, identifying potential hazards, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support and develop subordinates by enhancing their knowledge, skills, and competencies through coaching, training, and continuous development activities.
  • Ensure that all employees strictly comply with company rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
