    -Responsible for supporting and improving the plastic injection molding process, including machine setting and process parameter optimization.
    -Conduct mold trials and new model trials, and establish optimal molding conditions for stable production.
    -Troubleshoot injection molding defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
    -Monitor and improve molding processes to reduce scrap, defects, and process losses while maintaining product quality.
    -Improve cycle time, productivity, OEE, and production capacity through continuous process improvement.

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    【Must】
    -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 2–5 years of Injection Molding experience.
    -Demonstrated experience in injection machine setting and parameter adjustment, evidenced by prior role responsibilities or documented process adjustments.
    -Demonstrated experience in mold trials and injection molding troubleshooting, evidenced by successful trial reports or implemented corrective actions.

    【Advantage】
    -Experience in machine maintenance and automotive parts manufacturing.
    -Experience improving cycle time, productivity, OEE, and reducing defects/scrap.
    -Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen, or Lean Manufacturing; candidates currently living in or around Ayutthaya are preferred.

    - Sat, Sun, Holidays
    - Work on Sat or Sun (twice or three per month)

    -Night shift may be required: 20:45–07:30 (next day)
    Due to the current busy production period, night shifts may be required for the next 2–3 months.
    Depending on production demand, the night shift may no longer be required after this period.
