  - Handle customer complaints, customer claims, and quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  - Prepare and submit 8D reports to customers and follow up on corrective actions until closure.
  - Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Process, Project, and other related departments to resolve quality issues.
  - Support customer audits, customer visits, and quality improvement activities.
  - Monitor and analyze product quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
  - Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
  - Ensure product and process quality comply with customer requirements and company quality standards.
  - Support the implementation of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and other quality tools.
  - Prepare quality reports and follow up on quality issues with internal teams and customers.
