  Key Responsibilities：
  • Supply Chain Strategy and System Construction: Combine global supply chain standards and the needs of the company's manufacturing projects to formulate regional supply chain strategies, processes and management systems, covering all links such as IPG forecast and planning, order tracking, capacity and inventory of contract manufacturing, logistics, tariff, etc., align the supply chain with project progress and business objectives, and support the large-scale implementation of the project.
  
  • Project Supply Chain Management: Lead the supply chain docking and management of the company's cooperative manufacturing bases, coordinate the production planning, material supply and capacity allocation of manufacturing bases, ensure that the production progress meets project milestones, guarantee the on-time delivery rate of laser products and related components, and solve supply chain bottlenecks in the production process.
  
  • Inventory and Logistics Management: Overall plan and control the inventory in the responsible region, optimize the inventory structure, formulate a reasonable safety stock level, and reduce inventory costs and obsolete risks. Plan the regional logistics network, logistics service providers selection, coordinate international logistics and local distribution, control logistics costs, ensure the efficient flow of materials and finished products, adapt to the logistics characteristics and customs clearance requirements of the region, and avoid logistics compliance risks.
  
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Strictly comply with the supply chain-related laws and regulations of the responsible region, implement compliance requirements such as COO, customs, taxation, environmental protection and labor, establish a supply chain risk early warning mechanism, respond to potential risks such as regional supply chain disruptions, exchange rate fluctuations and policy changes, and ensure the stable operation of the supply chain. At the same time, ensure that the entire supply chain process complies with IPG's global compliance standards and corporate social responsibility requirements.
  
  • Cross-departmental and Cross-regional Collaboration: Link with IPG's global headquarters supply chain, R&D, sales, quality, sourcing, engineering and other departments to synchronize project supply chain needs and progress. Coordinate various relevant entities in the responsible region to promote the optimization of supply chain processes and efficiency improvement, and solve supply chain-related problems in cross-departmental and cross-regional collaboration. Link global resources to support local project development.
