  Lead IT Implementation Projects
  - Manage medium to large IT implementation projects across multiple products, platforms, teams, and customer sites.
  - Build and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, resources, and deliverables.
  - Monitor project progress to ensure delivery stays on scope, on schedule, and aligned with quality expectations.
  - Prepare clear weekly project status reports for customers and internal stakeholders.
  - Identify risks early and escalate issues when support or decisions are needed.
  - Support change request management, including impact analysis on timeline, scope, resources, and budget.
  
  Work Closely With Customers
  - Understand customer business requirements, workflows, project goals, and success criteria.
  - Act as the main communication bridge between the customer and the project team.
  - Lead or join regular project meetings, status updates, workshops, and follow-up sessions.
  - Manage expectations professionally and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  - Help customers understand project progress, key decisions, risks, and next steps.
  
  Coordinate Internal and External Teams
  - Work with consultants, technical specialists, account managers, partners, and management to deliver successful projects.
  - Help define project scope, required resources, timelines, and delivery approach.
  - Ensure the right people are assigned to the right tasks.
  - Keep team members aligned on responsibilities, priorities, deadlines, and project goals.
  - Support the preparation of functional specifications, technical specifications, configuration designs, and other project documents.
  
  Support Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Activities
  - Work with account managers and solution teams to estimate project timelines, resources, and implementation effort.
  - Support proposal preparation, implementation planning, and customer discussions when needed.
  - Provide project delivery insights during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
  - Share lessons learned to improve future project planning and delivery quality.
