    - Manage and oversee all HR and Administration functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
    - Handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
    - Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
    - Prepare manpower plans, budgets, forecasts, and HR reports for management and headquarters.
    - Coordinate with regional and headquarters teams on HR and administrative matters.
    - Oversee office administration, facilities, company assets, and general administrative operations.
    - Support management with organizational development and strategic HR initiatives.
    - Perform other duties as assigned by the President.

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field.
    - Over 5 years' proven experience in HR and Administration leadership, managing a team.
    - Business-level English (spoken and written).
    - Demonstrable knowledge of labor laws, organizational development, employee relations, code of conduct and ethics policies, risk assessment, and safety regulations.
    - Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality when handling office documentation and coordination tasks.

    - Experience in machinery-related industry
    - Experience using Microsoft Office applications in a professional setting
