  As the BD Manager, E-Mobility, you will collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things. The role is responsible for developing a strategic vision to grow the fastener and precision components business in Asia. You will manage all E-Mobility related business development activities, including auto electronics, batteries, charging and storage, and EV 2- and 3-wheel segments. This role will focus on translating successes from one region to another, developing key customer penetration plans, and segmenting the market into logical pieces.
  
  CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collect, summarize, and report regular information on the macro economy, automotive industry, and the fastener segment.
  • Develop and propose account-level sales strategies for new and existing customers after analyzing internal and external environments.
  • Devise account-level sales tactics to implement approved customer strategies (e.g., pricing, customer relationship management, product portfolio).
  • Propose yearly budgets from an account perspective, including volume and unit price.
  • Manage daily business activities to meet assigned targets, including price negotiation and adjustment, rolling forecasts, AR, and slow-moving stock.
  • Negotiate contracts with customers on price, payment, and quality complaints.
  • Manage and continuously improve customer relationships via regular visits and high-level meetings.
  • Communicate, organize, and cooperate with internal functions to serve customers better.
  • Carry out project management through to safe launch.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the leader.
