  - Coordinate confirmed bookings with hotels, ryokans, guides, restaurants, and transportation providers
  - Act as the main point of contact with vendors to confirm services, resolve issues, and maintain strong partnerships
  - Prepare accurate quotations for new requests and update pricing for revised itineraries
  - Handle reservations including accommodations, transportation, dining, and travel activities
  - Monitor payment timelines and coordinate with the Finance team to ensure accuracy of trip-related financials
  - Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Customer Service) to align client requirements and trip execution
  - Identify potential risks or issues in itineraries and proactively escalate for review and improvement
