  1.Control and manage IT-related documentation in accordance with established operating procedures (PROCEDURE).
  2.Oversee and plan the implementation of annual plans and projects related to IT operations.
  3.Manage and control all company database systems, including the entire company network system, as well as perform data backup for all system databases.
  4.Control and ensure the proper use of the company’s licensed software in compliance with legal requirements.
  5.Manage and resolve issues related to computer systems, including both software and hardware, as well as the company’s computer network systems such as LAN, e-mail, and Internet, including the installation of essential basic software required for operations.
  6.Establish IT policies, operating procedures, and guidelines, and regularly review and update policies to ensure they remain current.
  7.Participate in the consideration and procurement of standard computer equipment and software.
  8.Supervise and manage the IT team’s work, including providing guidance and advice to IT staff, to ensure that IT support and operations are efficient and effective.
  9.Disseminate and communicate information related to information technology systems, including cyber security threat prevention.
  10.Support administrative tasks and perform other duties as assigned.
  11.Comply with company rules and regulations, as well as ISO standards and procedures including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  12.Report departmental work performance to supervisors on a regular basis.
  13.Perform other duties as assigned and cooperate in various activities organized by the company.
