  【Job Responsibility】
  - Lead and coordinate to be ensured new mold tool, insert spare parts and fixture produced on time and within quality standard.
  - Molding tool manufacturing process optimization e.g new spare parts making, repair and new jig & fixtures.
  - Manage and organized training for our associates in Mold tool repair process expert activities.
  - Lead the team on technical best practice and establish quality standard for tooling making.
  - Material, Standard part ,tooling and equipment planning, to be ensured availability of consumable supplies for mold and insert spare parts making process.
  - Cooperate with lead plant with mold tool ,new spare part, repair for process concept.
