    Key Responsibilities
    1. Sales Strategy & Performance Management
    - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company’s revenue targets.
    - Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met through effective sales planning and execution.
    - Analyze sales data and market performance to identify growth opportunities.

    2. Channel Development & Distribution Management
    - Develop and expand distribution channels to increase market coverage.
    - Manage relationships with key distribution partners and B2B clients.
    - Identify new partnership opportunities to expand the company’s reach.

    3. Trade Marketing & Sales Promotion
    - Collaborate with partners to design and implement trade marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
    - Work with retailers and partners to increase product visibility and sales performance.

    4. Market Analysis & Consumer Insight
    - Analyze market trends, sales data, and consumer behavior.
    - Translate insights into effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.

    5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    - Coordinate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Editorial, and Operations to ensure successful product launches and sales execution.

    6. Team Leadership & Development
    - Lead and develop the sales team to improve performance and operational efficiency.
    - Establish clear KPIs and ensure high standards of sales execution.

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, channel development, or key account management.
    - Proven experience managing sales channels such as retail, modern trade, or B2B distribution partners.
    - Demonstrated ability to analyze sales performance and develop sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
    - Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations, or product teams) to execute sales initiatives.
    - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
