  • Manage and continuously improve the product development process
  • Prepare and oversee the annual product development plan
  • Develop and execute sales plans for new products
  • Develop and implement sales plans related to Value Engineering (VE) and production transfer projects
  • Prepare and manage workforce planning for the Product Development Department, including investment planning for tools and equipment
  • Establish and implement standardization plans and process improvement initiatives for product development.
  • Approve employee performance evaluations and salary increment considerations
  • Work as a Product Development Manager with responsibilities
  - Lead new product development for the Japanese market
  - Oversee product development for the Asian market
  - Manage development of custom-made products
