【Job Summary】
- Lead and manage the Quality Department within a trading company
- Oversee quality control for both customers and suppliers, including handling defects, conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and preparing formal reports
- Manage quality control for partially in-house manufactured products
- Ensure quality management for both imported/exported products and locally produced goods in Thailand
- Conduct audits of potential supplier factories to evaluate quality systems and production capability
- Provide technical support and handle responsibilities similar to a Sales Engineer when required
- Manage and respond to internal ISO audits and ensure ongoing compliance with ISO standards
- Other tasks assigned by manager

คุณสมบัติ
【Must】
- Over 3 years' experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance
- Conversational English (internal communication and email)
- Experience handling ISO audits and working knowledge of ISO management systems
- Experience conducting supplier audits and managing corrective action processes
- Willingness to visit factory sites as part of regular duties
