  Sales & Business Development:
  - Identify and pursue new lead and sales opportunities within the assigned territory/market.
  - Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with potential clients.
  - Work with CS team to prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
  - Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  
  Service & Technical Support:
  - Provide visit to assist with product trial, proactively offering inspection visit for customer equipment.
  - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, complaint, and offering timely solutions.
  - Conduct training sessions for customers on product usage and best practices.
  - Collaborate with CS, QMR and Technical team to relay customer feedback for product or process improvement.
  
  Administrative & Reporting:
  - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, service reports, and customer interactions.
  - Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and service cases.
  - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
