- Ensure execution of contracts, review/negotiate contracts along with terms and conditions with clients and contractors as required and within stipulated timelines.
- Provide specific focus and compliance to contract management and contractor activities with respect to company standards for health safety, environmental management, external relations and local business initiatives and support.
- Administer contract and contractor administrative matters relating to Government regulatory compliance and interaction, claims, disputes, invoicing/payments, correspondence, review meetings, back charges, taxes, insurance, liability, indemnities, bonds and retentions.
- Ensure timely and professional service to user departments in the preparation and evaluation of bids, negotiation with bidders, and recommendation to management for approvals, preparation of contract documentation, issuance of award of contracts and regret letters, general commercial administration and overall contract management and close out of contracts.
- Work with legal counsel, finance and project management functions for invoicing
- Support execution team to achieve realized revenue and gross margins targets as required
- Have high level understanding of different water treatment equipment & technology, industrial & municipal water treatment applications in South East Asia. Additional regions an advantage.
- Any other work assigned by the supervisor or management.

【Must】
- Bachelor degree qualification in Business/ Law or engineering required with 1- 3 years’ Contract / Purchasing experience preferably within a large industry in EPC/ Mining/ Water/ Oil and Gas industry
- Strong knowledge in Contract writing, including technical capabilities, Scope of Work (SOW) and commercial terms & condition
- General understanding of the Thai business, legal system, company law, immigration, manpower, tax, importation, water regulations.
- Certified professional in Contracts or Procurement and Supply Chain functions, is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
- Ability to build relationships and communicate with customers and local stakeholders is critical
- Able to work with various heads of departments to move forward the project – ability to negotiate through conflicting scenarios and make a decision in a timely manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Project software is an advantage.ความสามารถทางภาษาอังกฤษ
