The Project Sales Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and driving project-based sales to achieve company targets. This role leads and develops the project sales team, expands new business opportunities, and maintains strong relationships with key clients in both public and private sectors.
- Plan and manage project sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop the project sales team to enhance performance and effectiveness.
- Monitor sales progress and actively participate in key deal negotiations and closures.
- Expand new customer base while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to Project Sales Officers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Present products, solutions, and new technologies to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify market opportunities and contribute to long-term sales growth strategies.

คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience in managing sales teams and project-based sales, particularly in audio, visual, lighting systems, or related industries.
- Experience working with project clients such as government agencies, hotels, or large organizations.
- Experience collaborating with designers, consultants, or contractors is a strong advantage.
- Strong planning, strategic thinking, and sales management skills.
- High leadership capability and ability to work under pressure.
- Must own a personal car and be a strong team player.
- Excellent negotiation and coordination skills.
- Good command of English (TOEIC 500+ preferred).
