[Business] Recycling of precious and rare metal productsJob Summary:The Production Senior Engineer (Assistant Manager) will play a key role in overseeing chemical production processes related to precious metal refining and processing. This position requires a strong chemical engineering or chemistry background and hands-on experience in production operations. The role involves process control, improvement, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient, and stable production.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and control daily production operations related to chemical processes.- Monitor production parameters to ensure stable operation, quality consistency, and compliance with standards.- Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.- Support process improvement activities to enhance productivity, yield, and cost efficiency.- Coordinate closely with production staff, engineers, and relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and internal policies.- Prepare production reports, documentation, and improvement proposals.- Support the introduction of new processes, equipment, or materials when required.- Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and operators.- Communicate with the Head Office or Japanese stakeholders when necessary (Japanese language skills are an advantage).
