  Job Summary:
  The Production Senior Engineer (Assistant Manager) will play a key role in overseeing chemical production processes related to precious metal refining and processing. This position requires a strong chemical engineering or chemistry background and hands-on experience in production operations. The role involves process control, improvement, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient, and stable production.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Manage and control daily production operations related to chemical processes.
  - Monitor production parameters to ensure stable operation, quality consistency, and compliance with standards.
  - Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  - Support process improvement activities to enhance productivity, yield, and cost efficiency.
  - Coordinate closely with production staff, engineers, and relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
  - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and internal policies.
  - Prepare production reports, documentation, and improvement proposals.
  - Support the introduction of new processes, equipment, or materials when required.
  - Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and operators.
  - Communicate with the Head Office or Japanese stakeholders when necessary (Japanese language skills are an advantage).
