-Develop annual sales strategies and plans for Aesthetic products.
-Manage sales teams, monitor KPIs, and drive team capability development.
-Analyze markets, competitors, and business opportunities to strengthen competitiveness.
-Build and maintain relationships with customers, hospitals, clinics, physicians, and partners.
-Coordinate with Marketing teams to deliver campaigns and promotional activities.
-Prepare sales and analysis reports for executive presentation.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and professional standards.

【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Sciences, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of sales experience in Beauty, Aesthetic, Medical Device, or Cosmeceutical industries.
- Proven team management experience in sales.
-Strong understanding of the beauty market, dermatology trends, medical devices, and customer segments.
-Must hold a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
-Experience with leading aesthetic clinics or brands will be considered a strong advantage.ความสามารถทางภาษาอังกฤษ
