    [Job responsibility]
    - Monitor performance and availability of Java applications to ensure stability and security.
    - Investigate and resolve application-related issues reported by users.
    - Provide root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
    - Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support for application functionality.
    - Work closely with development teams to escalate bugs or enhancement requests.
    - Assist in deploying new versions of applications and managing configuration settings.
    - Support testing and validation during release cycles with Software development or Software QC team.
    - Maintain detailed records of incidents, resolutions, and system changes.
    - Update technical documentation and support procedures regularly.

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field.
    - Experience in Java development.
    - Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL).
    - Business-level spoken and written English.

    【Advantage】
    - Familiarity with application servers (e.g., Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss).
    - Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Windows setup.
    - Prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems (preferred).

    - Special skill allowance: 2,100 THB
    - Housing allowance: 1,300 THB/month
    - Cost of living allowance: 500 THB/month
