  Job Description Overview:
  Sales Director mainly will be contributing to develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
  Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing sales team.
  He/She will be working closely with CEO on maintaining & growing company's profit.
  
  Responsibilities:
  - Drive sales activities toward media agencies as the top priority to expand business opportunities and strengthen market presence.
  - Make high-quality opportunity decisions to advance the business and increase profits.
  - Build trusted relationships with key partners and stakeholders and act as a primary point of contact for important shareholders.
  - Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide effective solutions to ensure the company’s continuity and growth.
  - Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
