    Administrative/Receptionist:

    • First contact person at ENGEL Thailand.
    • Organize and welcome guest / visitors / customers in the proper way
    • Communicating with staff and clients who need assistance and keeping organized records.
    • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
    • Helping maintains workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
    • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, taking notes, emailing.
    • Preparing meeting and training rooms.
    • Answering phones, forwarding, and screening phone calls in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
    • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
    • Sorting and distributing mail.
    • Provide excellent customer service.
    • Scheduling appointments for clients and visitors.
    • Create / update information to staff on the info board on monthly basis.
    • Booking hotels, flights, pickup arrangement for ENGEL guests and staff.
    • Dealing, receiving the goods from messengers and distribute.
    • Keeps updating plastic injection molding list in Thailand.
    • Support with monitoring the Line Official Account and Marketing scope.
    • Register attendees during events. Venue organizations.
    • Contact with vendors and suppliers, distribute strong negotiation skills.
    • Updating seminars or events to the teams

    Shipping/Sales Support:

    • Receiving/Sending: inspect for damage/accuracy, verify against orders, and stock items.
    • Documentation: Prepare and process shipping documents, customs forms, invoices, and maintain accurate logs. Coordinate with Shipping Agency,

    Vendors and Suppliers

    • Coordination: Schedule carrier pickups, track shipments, and communicate status updates to customers/teams (Sales/Service/Admin).
    • Inventory: Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and general warehouse organization.
    • Following up customer payments, contact factory about shipment and customers/teams.
    • Updating seminars or events to the teams
    • Issuing invoices, receipts and billing notes with SAP.

    Area and scope of responsibility

    • Photography
    • Maintain cleanliness of all 1st Floor areas (Office) including cubs, coffee machines, etc.
    • Handle information board and sharing.
    • CCTV monitoring, Entrance & Exit control.
    • Others duties as assigned

  • คุณสมบัติ

    [Must]

    - Bachelor’s degree
    - Good English communication
    - Good computer literacy and Microsoft office application,Good in PowerPoint and Photo edit
    - Able to work independently, effectively in multicultural environment and handle multi-tasking
