  • Oversee spare parts and logistics for after-sales service.
  • Lead warehouse and service support teams to ensure smooth operations and safety compliance.
  • Improve warehouse processes and layout for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with related teams (procurement, production, installation) to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare inventory and warehouse performance reports.
  • Manage Technician and Service team to ensure arranging appointment smoothly including installation, maintenance, and other after sales services
