【Responsibilities】
- Control and coordinate relevant stakeholders involved in the operation, including the internal marketing team, third-party logistics providers, and warehouses and clients (Product owner).
- Set and manage service level agreements with each player involved.
- Possess knowledge of Shopee and Lazada regulations.
- Manage product information registration and management.
- Manage order management processes
- Handle third-party logistics management, including stock and inventory management /forecast.
- Ensure efficient management of return/cancel processes.
- Customer support management with corroborate with our Contact Center Agent.
- Continuously improve the back-end operation process.

คุณสมบัติ
【Must】
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g. computing, IT, software engineering etc)
- Good English Communication (Minimum level 3)
- Minimum of 3 years of professional and EC backend operation experience
- Knowledge of Shopee, Lazada, and other e-commerce platforms
【Advantage】
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Project P&L experience
- Very strong client management and people management skills are needed.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Inventory Forecast Experience is a plus.
- Provide marketing proposals based on the back-end operation perspective is a plus
- Strong computer skills, including specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).ความสามารถทางภาษาอังกฤษ
