    - Male only, Age Up to 45 years old
    - Bachelor’s degree in related field
    - Strong leadership to strengthen team work of production department
    - Enough knowledge to manufacture recycled aluminum alloy, such as raw materials, compositions, melting and safety.
    - Good command to production leaders and operators to convince technical and safety matters.
    - Manage working hours
    - Manage and monitor input of raw materials and output of finished goods to achieve efficient production
    - Show “how to process”, “how to work” and “how to move” etc. to leaders and operators in the production lines to give better understanding to them.
    - Be able to communicate in Japanese
