- Develop and implement human resources strategy aligning with business objectives and visions
- Contribute to organisational business strategy in terms of human resources to ensure that company’s goals and objectives are met through the best practices in regard to people processes (performance, development, career path, utilisation, etc.)
- Formulate human capital related schemes e.g. development, engagement, motivation, preservation, etc. and ensure that all schemes are delivered appropriately with proven-results
- Adopt, adjust, and maintain the enforcement of company policies and related practices in compliance with the Group’s policy, code of conduct, code of ethic, and other related practices, including but not limited to Labor Law
- Manage and control recruitment needs for the company including but not limited to continually improve the overall processes
- Oversee and ensure the efficiency, appropriateness, and accuracy of staff payroll, salaries, compensation, and benefits scheme and processes
- Set up and maintain relevant systems for identifying, planning, delivering and measuring learning and development for all staff.
- Oversee training plan and roadmap to ensure that the required trainings are delivered on time with measurables outcomes
- Lead, direct and supervise HR department to ensure that all HR related strategies are delivered effectively, consistently, accurately, and in accordance to the budget and organization's goals
- Provide consultation to Management in relations to human resources matter and act as a change agent
- Coordinate interdepartmentally to ensure that the established HR strategies are being deployed throughout the company
- Perform other HRM, HRD, and related ad hoc tasks as assigned
คุณสมบัติ
คุณสมบัติ
- Minimum requirement of Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, Master’s Degree is preferable
- Minimum of 8 – 10 years of experience in Human Resources, HRM, HRD, Compensation & Benefits duties, preferrable if experienced in both HRM and HRD
- Proven experiences of developing and implementing HR related best practices, strategies, and policies
- Knowledge of payroll management, compensation and benefits, and Labour Law
- People-oriented and result-driven
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong planning, organising, and prioritising skills
- Ability to travel up-country and abroad as necessary
- Ability to work on flexible working hours, if required
- Computer and basic IT skills is required
