  - Responsible for the production, preparation and presentation of all food items to ensure highest quality all times
  - Responsible for the preparation of menus and participate in the pricing policy in consultation with team
  - Responsible of the cleanness of the kitchen area and follow HCCP policy
  - Liaise with Managers, Admin and Cleaner to maintain effective communication regarding guest requests, problem situations or shortages
  - Inspect all perishable food items received for quality and manages stock effectively
  - Keep an up-to-date standard receipt file for all food items to keep consistency
