    1. Gather/Analyze business requirement and propose solutions to meet business objectives
    2. Develop requirement specification document, business process, business flow diagram and wire frame for clients
    3. Work with Project Manager, developer, tester and support
    4. Develop user manual and provide training of business process, end-to-end flow, application feature to clients and operation users
    5. Prepare weekly/monthly/adhoc reports for management and customers as required

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    1. Experience in being a functional BA in ERP / SAP system is a must
    2. Experience in retail business is a must
    3. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), warehouse control systems (WCS) and warehouse execution systems (WES) preferred.
    4. Good people skill, able to work with many cross functional teams to deliver results
    5. Good logical and analytical skills
    6. Experience in process improvement is a plus
