    - Assist in executing marketing plans and opportunities to deliver sales and profitability target.
    - Ensure delivery of 100% customer satisfaction.
    - Achieve district target set by The Management.
    - Ensure overall stock loss is maintained below 0.1%.
    - Achieve and conversion metrics as per Company benchmark.
