    - Delivering the project in line with scope, time, quality and budget constraints
    - Professionally managing projects to agreed brief/objectives with client and project teams
    - Monitor projects to ensure key deliverable and completion on time Prepare weekly minutes, progress reports for design and site control
    - Assist and report to Project Director and Senior Project Manager (SPM) and keep them informed about project status and issues that may impact the schedule and/or client relations
    - Documentation & Submissions to Consultant / Client
    - Other related tasks as needed

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    【Must】
    - Degree / Higher Diploma in Project Management or Building or equivalent
    - At least 5 years’ in Interior Fit-out project management
    - Experience in construction for hotel, restaurant, mall, retailing business or related (NG : Residence, Condominium, Factory etc.)
    - Able to work on site (Company provide accommodation)
    - Fluent in spoken and written English

    【Advantage】
    - Fluent in spoken and written Chinese
