  - Corporate income tax
  - Value added tax
  - Withholding tax
  - Double tax agreements
  - Merger and acquisition
  - Tax due diligence
  - Managing tax compliance, transfer pricing, reporting, and filing works.
  - Preparing and reviewing tax calculations, estimates and reports accruals (current and deferred tax provision)
  - Ensuring timely and accurate filing of all tax returns
  - Establishing appropriate system or processes for tax risk management for the business.
  - Partnering with country, regional and corporate tax, legal business and operations terms.
  - Liaising with tax authorities and providing tax audit support for the business.
  - Managing relationships with external consultants locally and regionally.
  - Providing internal tax advisory services and support on business operation matters.
  - Managing tax liabilities through informed application of tax laws and regulations.
