    - 5 years or above of working experiences in IT system development business in both Windows and Web Application i.e. .NET Technology, SQL Server
    - Fundamental IT literacy at professional level i.e. Application Maintenance, Hardware, Operating System, Database, Programming Languages, Networking, Web Application, etc.
    - Preferred the candidate who has innovation mind-set, inventory management, basic ERP knowledge, basic procurement operation, basic supply chain management, basic infra-structure knowledge, basic sales knowledge & mentality, financial knowledge, Japanese language
    - Being positive mentality i.e. independence, initiative, spontaneous, positive, etc.
    - Good command in English language
