  • Job Description

    - Create knowledge articles for publication to technical and non-technical personnel
    - Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, provide technical guidance in activities associated with identification, prioritization, and resolution of hardware, printer, network connectivity, Citrix, and application issues reported via telephone
    - Provide Tier II support by responding to contacts (phone, emails, webs, and IM) from end-users
    - Closely monitor status and progress towards resolution of assigned incidents
    - Escalate incident as necessary per established escalation policies
    - Assist with documentation related to team’s functions
    - Work with a larger team to help transfer knowledge and service delivery improvements
    - Participate in training and other team development and improvements

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 24-30
    - Work experience, minimum 2-3 years, as a system engineer
    - Work experience in UNIX/Linux (Cloud architecture is a plus)
    - Strong, detailed product/technology/industry knowledge
    - Deep expertise in systems, virtualization, network technologies and architectures
    - Demonstrated on-the-job experience designing, configuring, maintaining, integrating, clustering and managing physical and virtual servers in a deployment, test, and production environment
    - Good command of English for communication
    - Cisco, VMWare, and Microsoft Certification is required
    - Candidate must have an aptitude to work on complex projects while possessing organization, time management, and multitasking skills
    - Candidate must be self-motivated and willing to work with other team members to meet customer demands
