  • Job Description

    - Responsible for local technical IT support for internal organization and customers
    - Overall technical IT support, especially network infrastructure and IT administration and security
    - Investigate and diagnose problems relating to IT such as network, computer, application problem
    - Inventory control of IT equipment and provide recommendations to improve company's IT systems
    - Collect and monitor statistics of IT usage (and coordinate) and report to HOTS Japan and HPY
    - Other related tasks as required by HOTS-TH local managers and/or HOTS Japan

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 28-35
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer, IT or a related field
    - Work experience, more than 3 years, in IT administration
    - Skills in SSH Command Unix, Linux, and/or Windows Server
    - Ability to maintain, configure, and install systems and servers (Web Server, AD, database)
    - Ability to use Firewall and Network
    - Strong communication and time management skills
    - Ability to communicate in English (Japanese is an advantage)
    - Ability to support operation on a 24-7 basis
    - Willingness to work out of office hours
    - Cheerful personality and positive attitudes with good health conditions
    - Starting date: 1 June 2018
