    - Responsible for the management of all interior construction and renovation projects (hotel and restaurant )
    - Plan project budget with design team and Project Management Office
    - Plan and manage construction schedule from the start to the end of assigned project
    - Coordinate with external construction, contractor, supplier firms and provide reports on progress
    - Coordinate with internal project designer, pre-opening team, project management office, purchasing and CEO

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male/Female Age: 30–45 years old
    - Bachelor ‘s degree in civil or related fields
    - Have professional license (Civil Engineering)
    - Experience in interior construction
    - Proficiency of both spoken/written English
    - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project
