【将来的な世代交代に伴い後任育成のための採用を行います】アユタヤハイテックに位置する工場では、配線機器メーカーとしてスイッチ類を製造しています。当工場で製造される製品(スイッチ)は給湯器や洗濯機、壁付きコンセントに使用されています。顧客としては日系家電メーカー、および日本本社へ輸出、納品をしています。(一部、エジプト企業へ納品)タイには2010年に出資したことを皮切りに、2021年に社名変更をしさらなる工場の安定運営を本社一丸、計画しています。今回、工場管理者の将来的な定年退職を見据え、次世代の後任育成を目的とした採用を開始します。スタッフと一緒にさらに工場を発展させていっていただける方からの応募をお待ちしております。【お任せしたい仕事】- 検査、洗浄、製造工程の管理監督- 従業員への指導- 製造過程のトラブルシューティング- 改善活動社内には通訳が在籍をしていますので、語学力は不問となります。【製品情報】配線器具【配属部署】工場長 もしくは Advisor 直下になります。4名のマネージャー(年齢40-45歳 ) の上長となります。 【今後の方針】近い将来にに現在工場運営・管理をしている2名が定年退職を想定されます。次世代の幹部候補として工場の運営をお任せしていきたいと思っています。工場の運営は本社からのサポートはありますが、独立運営を任されており大きな裁量を持って運営をしています。本社経営会議での報告・他拠点(ベトナム)との連携など工場長として関係各所との仕事も期待しています。【面接方法/回数】オンライン or 対面での面接実施を予定しています。日本在住の方、遠方にお住まいの方はオンラインでの面接も実施可能ですが、一度は工場 (アユタヤ or 日本) を見学して頂きたいです。面接回数は2回程度を想定しています。
