o Monitoring supplier quality performance / Cost recovery in the Asia region and report.o Monitoring results of new supplier audit / manufacturing process audit and qualified supplier list in the Asia region and report.o Monitoring effectiveness of supplier quality management processes in the Asia region and report.o Training session for suppliers’ quality improvement in the Asia region. (Include creating training materials).o Promote the Horizontal Deployment activities to improve supplier quality (prevent recurrence).o Promote / implement new supplier quality initiatives.o Distribute and control the latest supplier quality manual/requirement to suppliers in the Asis region.o Communicate with all AS SQM members and deploy AS SQM policy, requirement, etc. (To avoid miss-understanding)o To support each site in AS for supplier quality development and coordinate/support each site in AS region in case they need support.o Deploy HQ SQM’s policies and/or requirements to all sites in AS region and collect all information and report to HQ SQM.o Develop AS SQM members skill and knowledge through training. o Create quality training materials for improving AS SQM member skill and knowledge. o Support the AS Ochibo-Hiroi conference.o To support AS QA head / AS SQM Head and proceed job based on QA head / SQM head assignment.o Support site for worst supplier / new supplier audit.
