[Product] PVB, Plastics, PolymersThe Senior Sales & Key Account Manager is responsible for meeting commercial targets and creating new opportunities by leading local sales, technical service, and market development team in ASEAN. The Senior Sales & Key Account Manager is also responsible for growing the team and meeting the expectations set for the team in ASEAN.[Key Responsibilities]- Sales & marketing strategy development and implementation in ASEAN (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia)- Ensure the Sales and Marketing team complies with all of company's values and principles, including Safety, Ethics and Respect for individuals. Develop a strong compliance culture.- Participate in and lead a dynamic and customer focused sales team to promote company’s products in Advanced Interlayer Solutions Division in High Performance Products- Responsible for major business decisions and customer contract negotiations- Develop, mentor, and support Department personnel - Develop project pipelines to meet short and long-term growth of specialty products including SentryGlas®, Color PVB, Acoustic PVB & Spallshield cPET- Develop and maintain profound relationship with stake holders of related parties, e.g. Glass Fabricators’ high management, OEMs, Architects, Engineers, Glaziers & Agents.- Fulfill short and long-term term business/sales targets.- Direct analysis and reporting of sales planning and budgeting.- Create new business opportunities, develop new accounts to satisfy business growth needs while maintaining existing customer market share.- Good communication internally for aligning sales strategy, product availability, sales process and business finance etc.- Help defining strategies to increase the market share and build a stronger company presence in the industry.- Collaborate with company personnel in other countries and regions. - Collaborate with Technical team to resolve technical issues at customers - Basic technical support to customers
