  -Recruiting training and managing sales assistant team on a daily basis, help them to achieve target
  -Forecast and analyse activities in terms of turnover, margin, expense and profitability, launch commercial operations
  -Control the stock and optimize the stock rotation
  -Provide a professional sales-service, technical sports gear and great products advice
  -Cooperate work with my store manager and colleagues for daily operation jobs to assure the safety of customers and team members
