  • Job Description

    - Coordinate and provide support to system developers in Japan and factories to implement ERP & EDI systems, stabilise utilization and document manual
    - Establish bridges (connections) between system developer and factories such as coordinating and supporting members
    - Coordinate with factories to clarify documentation process, to develop the training for factory users on how to use the systems and to improve and stabilize utilisation of systems
    - Support IT strategies, budget and governance by gathering actual data and budget, project progress from all factories
    - Support annual IT self-audit at six sites in four countries (Thailand, Singapore, India and Indonesia)
    - Provide I.T. support such as setting up new PCs, updating license, solving OA issues such as emails, printers, scanners, etc.
    - Monitor the network, PC software and IT manual maintenance

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 26-35
    - Bachelor's Degree in IT field
    - Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure, IT Network and IT security
    - Experience in ERP systems in factory or supply chain business is an advantage
    - Must have good communication skills in Thai and English (minimum TOEIC 600 scores)
    - Able to set up windows server, LAN, WAN network
    - Able to provide IT helpdesk service
    - Able to implement the workflow of new system or new standard
    - Able to generate IT manual and support IT audit activities
