  - Oversee domestic and export sales.
  - Plan and direct the hiring and training of new sales officers.
  - Direct and coordinate all sales activities for domestic and export markets.
  - Prepare sales budgets and projections and approve expenditures.
  - Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
  - Prepare sales documents such as sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
  - Coordinate with customers from order receipt through product delivery.
  - Communicate and coordinate within the organization to ensure smooth delivery.
