    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & GA Officer to manage a full spectrum of Human Resources and General Affairs functions. The successful candidate will support daily HR operations, payroll administration, employee relations, organizational development, and office administration to ensure smooth business operations and a positive workplace environment.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Human Resources (HR)
    Recruitment & Onboarding
    - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviews, selection, and hiring)
    - Coordinate onboarding programs and new employee orientation
    - Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation
    - Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records

    Payroll & Benefits Administration
    - Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
    - Manage social security, tax filings (PND1), provident fund, and other statutory benefits
    - Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, leave, and allowances
    - Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees

    Employee Relations
    - Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and HR matters
    - Support disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution
    - Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives
    - Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and company policies

    HR Administration
    - Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
    - Prepare HR reports for management
    - Update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook as needed

    General Affairs (GA) & Administration
    Office Administration
    - Oversee daily office operations and administrative support
    - Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
    - Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and security services
    - Handle company assets and inventory related to office use

    Employee Support Services
    - Organize company events, meetings, and internal activities
    - Arrange travel, accommodations, and transportation when required
    - Provide general support to all departments

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor's degree in any field
    - Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/GA

    [Advantage]
    - Business-level English

  • English Level

    Level 4 - Conversational Level
