Job Description
1. Provide timely, professional, and courteous support to customers and the Sales team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and coordinating matters related to sales orders, deliveries, and other important issues via phone and email.
3. Process sales orders accurately and handle all related documentation, including import-export-related documents.
4. Perform sales administration and sales support duties assigned by the Sales team.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, profiles, filing systems, and documentation.
6. Carry out general administrative duties to support daily sales and business operations.
7. Perform any other duties assigned by management in support of company operations.
Qualifications
Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in customer service or sales support
• Direct experience in packaging industry is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team under high-pressure situations.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel; analytical skills are an advantage.English Level
