  • Job Description

    1. Maintain relationships with new and existing customers
    2. Prepare quotations for new parts and update quotations for existing parts.
    3. Support customer and internal audits (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 14001).
    4. Provide interpretation during meetings and translate for internal coordination.
    5. Provide customer service via phone and email.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Japanese or a related field
    - Japanese Language Proficiency: JLPT N3 or above
    - No prior sales experience is required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
