    - Monitor production performance and follow up on KPIs to meet targets as planned
    - Reduce costs and increase productivity
    - Inspect and maintain the quality of goods before delivery to customers
    - Analyze and resolve production problems using PDCA methods

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production or related)
    - Minimum 10 years' experience in production, including experience in steel fabrication, painting, and automotive parts manufacturing
    - Business-level English proficiency (e.g., CEFR B2 or equivalent)
    - Demonstrable computer literacy (ability to operate standard office productivity software and production systems)
    - Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and decision-making experience in production (verifiable by references or documented examples)
